What is droma?

It’s a lot of things.

In its simplest form it’s a DIY record label founded in 2014 by sibilings Jack and Sophie Tasker (above). It records, produces and releases music for Midlands based artists, most notably TASKRZ, Don’t Call Me Ishmael, Futurewife and The Dread Kaili. We have put out CDs, vinyls and digital albums by fifteen artists, you can stream them online or buy them from our Bandcamp page.

Beyond the music we are a collection of friends who write, make art and muck about with music.

This site is a place to showcase all the hardwork our acts have done, to promote their latest gigs or records and to highlight some of those projects outside of music.
